Embarrassing moment when I caught red-handed

Friday prayer is the time where we could see the strength of Muslim. How everyone would stop doing their everyday routine and walking towards the same place. Some with sejadah on his shoulder, some with turban, some with their crocs and some with a red punk hair. It's always a great feeling looking at the huge crowd and remembering yourself that you are part of them, their brothers and deep inside us we always pray that they have the same tauhid that would stand strong and offer their helping hands whenever you need them. When I was completing my matriculation phase 10 years ago (uishh..tua nya skang), the mosque where we performed our Friday prayer is around 2KM from our college. The distance was not actually the issue, but the terrain was. The mosque is located uphill where you really need to tilt your body upfront to balance yourselves and walking up the hill a little bit easier. During those days, most of us managed to develop a nice leg muscle by walking there every Friday ...

T-rex in the stomach

Hmm... I arrived late today at the office. Blame it to the after subuh over-napped!! I've escalated some issue with the data that being provided to me yesterday. My team mate a.k.a Mentor was waiting for the client's feedback and I am so ensured that I won't do any damage being this late. And fortunately I was right. So here I am sitting at my desk continuing work and the day goes by like usual. Only that I skipped my lunch to compensate my lateness (hey, I'm a responsible person OK!!) and also because around 4.30PM I will be meeting my appointed bank personnel that has been in charge on my housing loan all this while from Muamalat bank. He's going to hand me the offer letter from the bank and I can use it to withdraw the EPF Tabung Dua money to pay for the remaining 6.5% down payment of the house. I just hope I could make it before the agent call me to sign the SNP form =]. Eh!!! Just remembered I brought some nut cookies that I bought from my hometown last w...

Inspiring things by oridnary people

Few days back, my colleague shared with me an awesome simple project yet it gives a very significant meaning for those poor fellas that lived under the roofs that literally protect them from the blazing sun ray and the cold downpour. But being poor like them also means no light inside their house even during the bright sunny day. So a group of people have this project of bringing light into their houses by just using a bottle, water and bleach liquid. Isang Litrong Liwanag can be translated in English as ‘Litre of Light’ . This is a project brought about by students from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). The product a sustainable light bulb that uses no source of energy except the sun! The main purpose of this light project was to benefit the developing communities who are affected by fires caused by dodgy electricity and many who have no light at all. There are currently three million households that are ‘powerless’ in the Philippines; hop...

Tempat makan best Bandar Baru Bangi. Steamboat Antarabangsa

Bandar Baru Bangi is the new Shah Alam if you ask me. This area has been growing rapidly for the past few years. It's hard to get an eye of any house for sale that would cost you less than 300K. The price estimation of the properties here has become much much higher recently. For Malay, BB Bangi is a nice place to have your own house and raise your kids for those who lives around this area. I mean like Semenyih, Serdang, Balakong and the perimeter around it. Sungai Merab's housing price has also skyrocketed due to the 'near Putrajaya' claim You can find lots of restaurants, kopitiam and food outlets here in BB Bangi. Just name it. Ice Room, Ayam Percik, Abdullah Chan, Tutti Frutti and lots more. Even Radix Fried Chicken has also started its business here. Well, I'm not really wanna write about BB Bangi. That's just the introduction. Well, during fasting, the last week before we celebrated Hari Raya, my guy friends and I have agreed to have Iftar together at S...

Insulting bastard under the mask of HajjahSittAlWuzara

I stumbled upon a blog of MakcikHajjahSittAlWuzara from one of my facebook group couple of months earlier. I had the luxury of time to click the link given and I was shocked on how a muslimah could be so bold and biadab in her act of stepping on our prophet's head, squeezing it, insulting Rasulullah pbuh so openly and looks so proud of doing it. The blog is obviously mocking our beloved Rasulullah pbuh and she doesn't have any respect towards him by calling him Babi Muhammad. Astaghfirullahalazim!!! I never shared theh blog link to anyone in my FB or here in my blog coz I don't want you to visit and spread the links coz not all of the one visiting has a clear conscience of our holy Islam. I afraid some would be encouraged by the blog and start hating and insulting Islam more openly just like how this bastard does.  Then in the FB group I saw lots of comments cursing this lady. But what was your action on it? Instead of just joining the comment saying how this lady should...

Najib dan Rosmah naik bas sepanjang lawatan ke Perak?

I'm not really use to political matters to be posted in my blog because I don't want to be aimed as a rebellious citizen, or siding to any party because I would like to stick in my neutral side better so I could see both sides in a much conscious self. But this morning my FIL showed me this news and picture so I guess for a weekend entry update, this kind of story would suffice =p. Well the picture above was taken in the bus that Najib and Rosmah use for their trip 'mendekati rakyat'. I took this from one of the political forum that my FIL read. Well first, I know that even if our PM really do take a bus for his trip, it won't be as nasty as the commoners' buses for sure. I was imagining a nice express bus with single seat for each.  But from the picture above, it was way out of my imagination. They put sofa set inside with coffee table??Pfffttt...I'm not sure if the picture above is even the real picture of the real mentioned bus, but if it really is, it...

Lagi-lagi pasal rumah

Kredit gambar to www.senihias.com Hmmm... I've received the first phone call from the bank yesterday regarding our house loan. So far after my house agent mentioned that she's already passed my relevant document to the banks, it was the first call that I got. Or maybe that would be the only one? I don't know. We talked about some of the processes, the SNP form, the legal fees, kaviat, wasiat all the way to the cost that's gonna be charged to me. He said it would approximately cost around 10% from my 90% approved loan which is around 25K. Woawwwwhhh!!!! My eyes were like rolling up and trying to find their ways to get back into position. 25K man!! After he forwarded me the applicant form to be filled up and emailed back to him, I started discussing it with my wife, contacted some of my friends to get some suggestion and opinions. I reached any friends that I thought could help me on defining the rough estimation of a 'normal' cost of these kind of proces...

Come on my hero!! Take that ready position now~~~

This morning I worked from home. I've already notified my project manager the day before. Hmmm..Cembam wants me to accompany her to every doctor appointments and yes I know most lady out there would agree on this one. I'm in a new project and I don't really know what to be expected but I was so relieved when my PM said OK. Took a nap while waiting Cembam's turn and when we finally entered and Cembam was lying on her back while the doctor was scrolling that scanning machine all over her tummy, we heard an uneasy update. The baby's head is still on top. He didn't turn head down yet ............................................. The last time we went for the checkup, the doctor said it was normal for the baby to not turning head down yet and he will eventually do. But after 4 weeks, my baby's head is still just under Cembam's rib. And this time when we asked, " lepas ni kot dia pusing doktor ", the face of the doctor was a bit different. The ...

Nureen Tahani's Aqiqah Ceremony

My army brother had a 4-day leave due to some business to be attended here in KL. Since he was posted to Tawau, this was the third time we managed to gather around as a family. But his 2nd time was during last year's Raya but I couldn't meet him coz I was in Terengganu. So last Thursday night we gathered at Fikri's house (my sister's hubby) and the plan for that night was our usual family bowling time =]. I planned to have Tutti Frutti with Cembam before going there for her birthday night but because we haven't had our dinner and Tutti Frutti doesn't have any dinner meal (or they have? I've never dine there), so I planned to dine at Pak Li Ole Ole. Plus Cembam was not that hungry. The plan was to let my family bowl while us having our dinner but it didn't turn well. I got a call that our Myvi that we lend to my sister could not be started. My brother messed up the gear shifting and the car died suddenly. When he wanted to start back the engine, it fa...

Ceritera Raya 2011 Finale

Today is my 2nd day back in my HQ office. Feeling new-joiner gitu with a tag hanging around your neck, walking along the isle looking at so many unfamiliar faces. But luckily there are still some whom I know and we chat a lot to catch up things. Ahahaha~~ Not a warm welcome that I got yesterday for coming back coz I had to ride through the heavy downpour with my bare legs (coz I put my shoes in the bag and I dont have backup slippers!!). But so far things are just good, err maybe because my next assignment hasn't started yet. Still waiting for them to contact me. So, I guess I'd blog for now. Laptop pn just got it after lunch yesterday. Before lunch, I was doing scribbling and wrote rubbish jibbrish with my left hand -wink!!- These are some pictures during the 2nd Raya. That morning Nureen had her bath session with her grandma. I wanna bath her but because I wanted to take the photos, Mom was in charge instead. Hehehe so fair skin la ini Nureen~~ So gleeful during the bat...

Hundred thousands decision!! - My friends are the best

Fyuhhh~~~~ There's an unexplainable feeling deep inside this tiny soul of mine trying to get through it and walk head high with the greatest confidence and joyous smile. But it's not as simple as that. I've just made the biggest decision that I've ever commit in my whole life. It was way bigger than deciding whether to marry Cembam or not because that one, I received a dream which till now I gladly conclude myself, a sign from Allah and eveything was crystal clear after that. This one involves bigger stake and even too big to be handled alone. Haishh...too dramatic. I guess you can already tell what it is about. Ya...I've just paid a fair amount of money as a booking fee for my future house!!! It was very tough decision, yet needed to be done as soon as possible coz the chance might slipped through your finger and the worse part about it - you know it was slipping yet you can't do nothing about it. Looking for a house here around Bangi and BB Bangi is lik...

Err..taktau nak letak tajuk apa

Yesterday was one heaven of busy day. Not because of the work that needs to be done, but due to our active scouting for our first house =]. We bumped into this one house-selling advertisement and we decided to call the agent and set a meeting asap which is this evening. Then we started to check the background of the developer, the history of the land, the residence and lots more trying to cover and analyze as best as we could so we can have a very worthy house to be bought. Then we heard that the residence area was used to be a mine and that bothers us a lot, I mean it would bother anyone who are planning to buy a house. So we googled more any found some convincing answer from the forum. I talked to many of my friends on banking process, loan, SNP, and lots more related to buying a house. I'm a total dummy in this area. So yesterday I met up with Cembam at Tabung Haji to withdraw our saving. We need 3.5% of the actual house price for booking. As Tabung Haji doesn't have ban...

Tapai Pulut dari Tok

I was in front of my PC last night editing and cropping some pictures taken during Hari Raya but before I upload them to the net, I decided to take a break leaning towards the sofa in the living room, switching the Astro On and watched channel 816 for Tennis US Open. But it was raining in US so the live game was suspended. But the last thing I know, I was already dozed off for more than 1 hour, I forgot who was playing at that time and I just walked into the bathroom, take my ablution and performed my late Isyak before I went to bed. Ekekekeke. So, no Raya pictures for today's entry too. Sorry. Hmm.. In my fridge right now, I have tapai pulut that were made by Tok, my wife's grandma specially for me!! When we arrived at my Parents in-law house that third raya noon, there were already some Tapai Pulut in the fridge and I ate some of them and leave the rest for my Ipar Duai and my SIL who were still driving their way home. Later in the evening we visited Tok and she was ...

False Alarm~~~ But so glad it is a false one

Last night my tennis session started back after a-month rest due to fasting month. For someone newbie like me, it can be considered a reset mode where all your previous achievement, progress in the game has just been reset and I was like a totally new guy and back to basic. Ekekeke..and it's so true. The string of the racket felt so stiff after not being used for a month and after just 3 games last night, my whole body was aching. Standing while waiting for the ball felt so hard when the back of your knees felt so sengal. My arms and hands are still a bit aching this morning. But out of all that, I feel so happy to get back in action..=p Hence, I didn't manage to upload other pictures of Hari Raya. Tonight I'm gonna continue uploading for sure. Last night I booked couple of Air Asia tickets. An early booking for November's Raya Haji. Cembam should be in her pantang mode at that time so we decided take a flight to send Cembam to her parents' house and let her tak...

Ceritera Raya 2011 - bahagian 2

Wokeh...dah siap upload gambar2 untuk entri kedua Raya 2011. Heehehehe. Mujur Flickr pn comey je peel nak uplod..smooth ngatt...Baguih dok ada. So pagi raya tahun ni ada kelainan sebab diisi dengan bunyi2 gelak tawa dan tangisan anak2 buah aku. Heee..memang bila dengar rasa macam " eh..lain dah suasana raya kali ni ". Mandi siap pagi2 tu then terus sarung baju melayu grey yang Cembam belikan hari tu... Ke surau macam biasa. Tapi abah dan ipar duai aku dua orang tu chow awal. Aku stay smpi habis tahlil..ate..blkg imam...ahahahaha~~~ Makan2 sume then start le upacara kemaafan besar2an macam tahun2 sudah. Kali ni Cembam dapat rasa plak suasana bermaafan belah family aku yang lebih drama. Tp heran skit sebab tahun ni takde yang menangis...ekekeke.   Nahdan Fitri and his dad Fikri. Tu dia. Siap ada kerongsang bintang tu. Yang bestnya si Nahdan ni tak plak rimas nak bukak buang songkok tu..ekekekeke.   Nureen!!!    Osman my BIL and N...
