Today, most of my working hours are spent outside of the office. The Friday prayer and then waiting for my number to be flashed at those rectangular screen with a red colored LED and a woman voice reciting my number. It was my first time doing banker's cheque.
One thing about the banking system, well I mean specifically on how the numbering is done and the counter prioritization, I really hate it when you were the first to come but the next 20th person that come after you got to finish his banking business first!! I mean, where's justice? Ahahaha!!
Ya I know the fast running numbers are usually the counters with easier transactions and the other type of service like banker's cheque would fall into the other type of service which usually allocated with just 1 counter for it. But why don't just use the first come first serve method man?? Even if my thing needs more time to finish but I've spent a fair share of waiting minutes right? Haishhh...can I have a protest and illegal rally with blue shirt for this?? Hahahaha
But once my number was called, I was amazed on how nice the staff was. I was saying that I wanted to do banker's cheque and the staff was saying
"of course..beli apa??" while pointing her thumb at me and jokingly grinning at me
So friendly!! The way she addressed me, asking for my signature, answering my question..I felt like she was my friend that makes me being treated like that. No wonder when I was waiting every customers seems to be so friendly dovey with the staffs. I thought they knew each other due to some daily business or what not but the staff there were just so friendly!!!
Now you are curious to know where's this bank? Yap, like you can see in the map, it's the Cyberjaya Maybank branch. You guys rock!!!! Keep up the good and nice gestures and tip top service!!!
